Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
